Right of Withdrawal – Terms & Conditions
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Exemptions for food products: In accordance with Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (perishable food items)
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
Exemptions for digital products: In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal
This applies to any digital downloads, e-recipes, or digital products purchased from our store where you have consented to immediate delivery.
This applies to the majority of our food and grocery products. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for withdrawal, please contact us before submitting a request.
For eligible items, to exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal form below. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item was delivered in error or is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.
