5–11 business days unless stated at checkout

Holiday Delays:

Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen courier delays. ✅

 


 

Customs & International Deliveries

Please note that customs fees, import duties, VAT, and handling charges are payable by the customer for all deliveries to France, Switzerland, and the Republic of Ireland.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

We do not offer refunds for parcels that are not collected from customs under any circumstances.

For international orders, once the package has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel and respond to any customs or courier communication.

 


 

Returned, Refused & Unclaimed Parcels

Any parcels returned to us due to:

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal to pay customs charges

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • failure to collect from customs or courier pickup point

will not be eligible for a refund.

If the customer wishes the parcel to be resent, an additional shipping fee must be paid before re-delivery.

 


 

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 


 

Courier Delays

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections

  • weather conditions

  • strikes

  • courier operational delays

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds. ✅

 


 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and contents. ✅

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
